The room cleaning service was poor. They did not always replace all the towels when requested. ONE time, only one towel was changed even after i tipped.

the food options were plentiful i found many choices. the grounds are very clean the staff maintained it well. my room was a junior suite it was very spacious.
my request for extra towels was not always fulfilled it was sometimes delayed. i found the shisha to be of poor quality it was not enjoyable. i noticed some rubbish on the beach the water was not always clear.

I found Mr Ahmed Rabie at reception very helpful from arrival to departure. He. The hotel staff made the hotel valuable. I enjoyed the outdoor BBQ restaurant. The meat had a rich smoky flavor. The hotel restaurants offered delicious food.
The shop staff initially requested cash payment. They changed their mind when I offered to return later with a card.

the service here is excellent. mina, the manager, were really good for my father and i. he ensured every detail was perfect, showing really good care. we felt completely at home thanks to his dedication and attentiveness. the entire posh club team were friendly.
i encountered an issue with payment flexibility. i preferred using american express, but it wasn't readily accepted initially. this caused some inconvenience during check-in. i wish there were more payment options available without needing to use cash.

the resort is near a beautiful beach , perfect for relaxing by the sea. i observed clear signage and easy access points that made navigating the area very simple. it is a very tranquil place for vacation.

the main restaurant offered delicious, high-quality food with great variety. the staff constantly checked if we needed anything or wanted a drink. i noticed many fresh and tasty options were available. the chef even made a special meal for my son.

the outdoor pool was heated , which made swimming delightful. i saw manar arranging restaurant reservations via whatsapp , which worked very well. this service was easy to use and saved a lot of time and the water was amazing.

my room's cleanliness was disappointing, as i found several areas were not properly cleaned upon arrival. the provided shisha was the WORST i have ever tasted. it tasted of only charcoal.
